Our Team
Will Dick
Will brings deep expertise at the intersection of AI, business strategy, and technical implementation. He previously founded CVM Data Sciences, where he led AI and data initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Verizon, and Enbridge. Will teaches AI and data science at Seneca College, has graduate training in AI from Stanford, and placed second in the 2025 ARC-AGI-3 Preview Agent Competition, a leading AI reasoning competition.
Ian Bateman
Ian brings more than a decade of experience across capital markets, investment management, and alternative investments, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry. He works with Don River’s financial services clients to identify opportunities for AI and translate industry needs into practical business applications.
